Your privacy is important to PullGuards so we have developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information through our pullguards.com website. In this document “we”, “our” or “us” refer to PullGuards and PullGuards LLC and PullGuards USA.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Fulfill any obligations we have according to law. For example, accounting and Tax regulation.
Furthermore, we use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
PullGuards also uses 3rd party vendor remarketing tracking cookies, including the Google Ads tracking cookie. This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet, specifically on the Google Content Network (GCN). As always, we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google’s or any other 3rd party remarketing system. Google AdWords Remarketing allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and only display ads that are relevant to you.”
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties who help us with payment processing and screen for fraudulent payments, as described above.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
If you are under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction please do not attempt to register with us at this Site or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information.
HOW WE USE EMAIL
Occasionally, PullGuards sends out email updates on products, sales, and promotions. Certain customers whom we think might be interested in learning about this information will receive these emails with consent. All email offers that you receive from us will provide you with an option to decline further email offers.

This type of service allows you to manage a database of email addresses, phone numbers, or any other contact information to communicate with the User. These services can also collect data concerning the date and time when the user views the message, the time at which he interacts with this message, for example by clicking on the links included in it.
We also use email as a means of communicating with our customers. We love to hear from you, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments. We read every email we receive.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
